This high quality liquid filling machine is fully air powered, explosion proof. It was specially developed in order to fill fluid in the industries of flammable liquids, chemicals, foodstuffs, pharmaceutics and oil.
Body and contact parts are fully 304 stainless steel, piston seal made of Spring Energizing Teflon Australia (optional), which guarantee the filled fluids clean and follow the requirement of GMP.
Adopts with volume indicator which allow operators easy to set the filling volume. With physical stopper instead of stoke sensor optimized the filling accuracy.
It is suitable to fill any liquid in bottles, cans, jars, tubs. It is runs of volumetric filling principle. Simple and convenient in operation, error correction, machine cleaning and maintenance.
